Hey there, pet pals! Got second thoughts or a new pic of your furry friend? No problemo! You can change or cancel your order for free within the first 24 hours of making it. Just shoot us an email with your "Paws-itive Change Request" and order number. Remember, picture changes are a one-time deal, so pick the cutest snap!

The Scoop on Returns & Refunds

Once 48 hours are up, we're off to the races—or rather, the workshop! If you decide to cancel post-48 hours, there's a small 10% crafting adjustment fee, 'cause our team’s already putting love and care into your order. We'll refund the rest back to your original payment method, no sweat!

While we're crafting your order, we'll send you a draft to peek at. If it doesn't make your tail wag and you wish to cancel, just a heads up, we'll need to charge a 20% crafting adjustment fee. But don't worry, we'll refund the rest.
